The redevelopment of the Harry Jerome Neighbourhood Lands follows the City of North Vancouver's formal development process. A key part of this process includes a consultation program, providing opportunities for North Vancouver residents to give input, and help shape and define the proposed development options being considered.
The Harry Jerome Neighbourhood Lands public engagement process is intended to be fair, transparent and inclusive. A number of defined and specific opportunities for input will be provided for North Vancouver residents, that will help shape and define the proposed development.
Currently a rezoning application, incorporating feedback from the public, has been submitted to the City of North Vancouver. As part of this submission, there will be ample opportunities for further public input. A Public Hearing is anticipated in early summer 2018.
